Mae - Awakening

Journal Entry: Mon Apr 28, 2008, 1:31 PM
  • Mood: Suffering
When I close my eyes to this paradox place,
I'll fly away far away from here,
I’ll get away and dream, dream of you,
When its all said and done,
And the night has come,
I'll disappear,
Take flight on the wind of wishing you where here,
Fading light
Like a star whose life has been gone for years

And I'll fly, fly across the sky,
And I’ll leave, leave it all behind,
if you’d be here, here with me tonight,
I’ll be fine, I’ll be fine, I’ll be fine

I’ll disappear,
Take flight on the wind of wishing you were here,
Fading light
Like a star whose life has been gone for years

And I'll fly,
Fly across the sky,
And I’ll leave,
Leave it all behind,
If you’d be here, here with me tonight,
I’ll be fine, I’ll be fine, I’ll be fine…

<EventHorizon> i extended ur mom so bad she threw an exception

Tch. Can't say I'm surprised...but it's a bloody shame and an annoyance. Did they re-wrap them themselves or just improvise with something else?
~BLOODSTORME:iconBLOODSTORME: Dec 3, 2007, 5:44:16 PM
Funny you should say that. Almost all of the wrapping on the handles of the swords the guys over here got do the same thing. It only takes a couple of weeks and they all come off.

Well, we had one of the larger claymore's in for quite a while. It was well put together, but the leather wrap was uneven and glued.

I would definitely consider such a thing, once I've established myself a little better in life. There are a few reasons I've held off for so long, and one of them is I move too frequently. I loathe the thought of potential roomates messing with my stuff, or that it would be damaged in any way.

I really appreciate you noticing the care I take with my craft. I do agree that Henwai make good blades, but the refinement is often not there. Factory made always looks different o hand made too, and I can tell you that nothing looks as good as hand made. You have a very achievable goal to have a custom blade, and I would be delighted to put my hand up for the task, should you decide you would like me to make it for you.
